Swifton First Men’s Ministry serves boys and men of all ages, bringing them together for fellowship, encouragement, and mutual sharpening—“as iron sharpens iron”—so each can live a life worthy of God’s calling.
The purpose is to create dedicated time for men to bond, lift one another up, and challenge each other toward godly manhood. The mission is to encourage and equip men to become the men God designed them to be. The vision is for the men of Swifton First to shine as salt and light in their families, workplaces, church, and community—making a tangible difference through faith lived out daily.
Men grow through times of fun, food, fellowship, and diving deep into God’s Word, building authentic relationships and spiritual strength. Activities include monthly meetings (often Sunday evenings), fishing trips, the annual Men’s Retreat in April, and the Smokin’ Cook-Off fundraiser, with proceeds supporting the Swifton First Life Center and Food Pantry.
Michael Allen leads Swifton First Men’s Ministry, guiding these gatherings to foster growth, accountability, and joy in Christ-centered brotherhood.
Any man or boy is welcome to get involved—simply contact Michael for details, or check the church lobby for upcoming information and sign-ups!
